 Changes in temperature, environment & transportation can have an impact on your order. When your order has left our premises these things are out of our control.

 

TRANSPORT ADVICE

Once your order has been handed over to you it is no longer our responsibility.

You must insure it arrives safely at its destination.

 

If you are transporting your order by car make sure it is placed on a flat, level surface and secured safely to allow as little movement as possible. 

 

Keep the car cool & well ventilated.

 

Remove your order from the car as soon as it reaches its destination.

STORAGE & SERVICE ADVICE

All Cakes are best consumed on the day of collection/delivery.

 

CUPCAKES 

Best consumed on the day of collection/delivery.

 

BUTTERCREAM CAKES 

Can be kept in a cool dry place for up to 3 days. 

If your kitchen/house is warm or it is a hot day we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge.

This should prevent it from melting/collapsing.

 

Make sure to take it out & bring it to room temperature 1 hour before serving.

 

PLEASE NOTE!

Storing your Buttercream cake in the fridge can cause the sponge to dry out slightly. However, on a warm/hot day it is advised.

 

FONDANT COVERED CAKES

 Can be kept in a cool dry place for up to 3 days.

Make sure they are boxed or placed in an airtight container.

 

PLEASE NOTE!

Tiered cakes will be held up with internal dowels for stability.

Please make sure they are removed before cutting and consuming.
